Another 5 Star TripAdvisor Review:
This is a great tour of Dallas! There are actually two bus tours which can be combined into one. The first is a tour of the city where our wonderful driver/guide, Ricardo, told us about the buildings and other points of interest around Dallas. It lasts 45 minutes and we made one stop. The second 45 minute tour is a tour following the route of the Kennedy’s and Lee Harvey Oswald. They also show video clips from the actual coverage of the time. After following the motorcade route to the Book Depository, you follow the route Lee Harvey Oswald took, including a stop at the boarding house where he was staying which has not changed since that day. All in all, a very interesting tour. This is all done in a comfortable, air-conditioned bus.
The meeting place for this tour is on Main Street, just down the street from the Old Red Courthouse Museum. There is no building, just a stand for the tour. There is parking directly across the street for $18 and a less expensive public parking lot underground about a block north of the stand beside the John Neely Cabin, the first cabin in Dallas. The tour company has no facilities so, if necessary, find a public restroom before your tour.
They also have other tours available. We used a Groupon discount for our tour and it was worth every penny.
